Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Zeta Idle account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Zeta Idle.
2. Go to the Account screen.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and the app closes.

This deletes your cloud save, PvP standing, leaderboard entries, guild membership data, every local character save on the device, and your sign-in account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, email us and we will delete your data for you:

We process email deletion requests within 30 days.

Delete part of your data (keep your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data:

• Delete a single character: on the character-select screen in the app, choose a character slot and delete it. That removes that character's data while keeping your account and any other characters.
• Request category-specific deletion: email razorintegrations@gmail.com and tell us what to remove (for example, your PvP standing, leaderboard entry, or guild chat) — we'll delete just that and leave your account intact.

What is retained

• Purchase records are held by Google Play under Google's own retention policies — we do not control or store your payment information.
• Anonymized crash and diagnostic logs that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for stability analysis.
