Razor Integrations ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile game Zeta Idle (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

This document is not legal advice. The developer should review it for accuracy and consult qualified legal counsel as needed.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google display name, email address, and profile photo URL. This is used solely to identify your account for cloud save synchronization.
• Game Progress Data: Your in-game progress, settings, inventory, achievements, and preferences are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to the cloud via Google Firebase Firestore.
• Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, transaction records are handled by Google Play. We do not collect or store payment card details or billing addresses.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers may be collected by the platform (Google Play) or third-party SDKs.
• Usage Data: General usage patterns such as session duration and feature interactions may be collected by Firebase for operational purposes (e.g., connection management).
• Crash and Diagnostic Data: The App may transmit crash reports and diagnostic information through Firebase to help us identify and fix bugs.

The App does not collect location data, camera or microphone input, contacts, or any health or biometric data.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• To enable cloud save synchronization across your devices.
• To process in-app purchases and verify entitlements.
• To identify and resolve technical issues, crashes, and bugs.
• To communicate with you if you contact us for support.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with the following service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore): Used for user authentication and cloud data storage. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Play Services: Used for in-app purchases and Google Sign-In. Subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

• Using HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from Firebase services.
• Storing local game data in the app's private storage sandbox on your device.
• Relying on Google's infrastructure security for cloud-stored data.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services:

• Local Data: Stored on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data.
• Cloud Data: Retained in Firebase Firestore until you request deletion or delete your account.
• Purchase Records: Managed by Google Play according to their retention policies.

8. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your data at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App to remove all local data.
• Contacting us at razorintegrations@gmail.com to request deletion of your cloud-stored data.
• Revoking Google Sign-In access through your Google Account permissions page.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at razorintegrations@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
